Hey everyone, look at what I just brought back from my old school today. No, I didn't swipe the thing. Just that one of my old teachers saw the original file and was thrilled about the idea of printing it off on the 3D printer. Darned nifty toy, that.

Sadly, as you can see, the base of the tree broke off when the support material was being removed. If I were to print off another copy, I'd make changes to help keep that from happening. I could have oriented it differently in the printer, or added a fillet to the branch/trunk junction. Any number of things I could have done differently. Hindsight's always 20/20 I suppose. Still, is nifty, right?
